ph786 retains Personal Data for no longer than necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following retention periods:

• Account and KYC data: Retained for the duration of your Account and for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, as required under PAGCOR licensing conditions and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in compliance with AMLC record-keeping requirements.
• Gaming activity logs: Retained for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of the recorded session, or longer if required for ongoing dispute resolution or regulatory review.
• Support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the communication, or until any related dispute is fully resolved.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your Account registration and for two (2) years following Account closure or withdrawal of consent.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, ph786 will securely delete or anonymise your Personal Data in accordance with NPC guidelines.

ph786 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the ph786.club website. These technologies allow ph786 to operate the Platform correctly, recognise returning Players, and understand how the Platform is used in aggregate.
