By accessing, registering on, or using the ph786 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with ph786's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph786 platform and must not register an Account. ph786 reserves the right to deny access to any person who does not comply with these Terms.
Continued use of ph786 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. ph786 will notify registered Players of material changes to these Terms via the email address or mobile number registered on their Account.

All deposits to ph786 Accounts are transacted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

Players may request withdrawal of real-money funds from their ph786 Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account will be refunded to the Player via their last verified payment method, net of any amounts subject to withholding under applicable law or pending investigation. Bonus Credits are not refundable under any circumstances upon Account closure.
A Player who believes their Account has been incorrectly suspended may contact ph786 support to initiate a review. ph786 will respond to Account suspension queries within five (5) business days.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights or licence in ph786's intellectual property other than the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ph786 platform without the prior written consent of ph786 or the relevant intellectual property owner.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph786 and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for:
Nothing in these Terms limits ph786's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
ph786's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph786's collection, use, and protection of personal data is governed by the ph786 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. ph786 processes personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the National Privacy Commission's implementing rules.
By registering an Account on ph786, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy for full details of how ph786 handles your personal information.
ph786 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at ph786.club/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
ph786 will provide notice of material changes to registered Players via their Account-registered email address or mobile number at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where operationally practicable. For minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not materially affect Player rights — no advance notice is required.
If you do not agree to any revised version of these Terms, you must close your Account before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of ph786 after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact ph786 support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. ph786 will respond to formal complaints within ten (10) business days. PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms may also be available to Players where a dispute involves a regulatory matter within PAGCOR's jurisdiction.
These Terms do not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you as a Philippine resident under Philippine law.
